Washington Labor & Industries - PAC ID Code Needed

Fuse can gain access to your Washington Labor & Industries account online using your Participant Access Code (PAC ID). Your PAC ID is assigned to you during registration and is on every rate notice you receive from the agency.
Your PAC ID can be found:
- On the New Account letter, under the UBI in the Account Info section
- On the annual Rate Notice, above the risk class and rate information
- If you receive a Delinquency Letter, under the Account ID
