Virginia Tax Registration

Helpful links to register for Virginia withholding and unemployment accounts

Virginia Department of Taxation (Income Withholding)

  1. Virginia has a combined application for withholding an unemployment, but you will receive separate account ID for each agency.
  2. Go to https://www.business.tax.virginia.gov/VTOL/tax/Login.xhtml
  3. Complete all the registration information. If you have any questions, please reach out to Virginia directly at 804-367-8037
  4. Once Virginia has assigned you a withholding account, Fuse will need:
    1. your account ID will be your FEIN (if your FEIN is 123456789, then your ID should be 30-123456789F-001)
    2. your filing frequency
  5. Please forward all of the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Virginia Employment Commission (Unemployment)

  1. Virginia has a combined application for withholding an unemployment, but you will receive separate account ID for each agency.
  2. Go to https://www.business.tax.virginia.gov/VTOL/tax/Login.xhtml
  3. Complete all the registration information. If you have any questions, please reach out to Virginia directly at 804-786-3061
  4. Once Virginia has assigned you an unemployment account, Fuse will need:
    1. your account ID
    2. your unemployment rate
