Helpful links to register for an account with Tennessee unemployment

Tennessee Department of Labor (Unemployment)

  1. Go to https://www.tn.gov/workforce/employers/tax-and-insurance-redirect/unemployment-insurance-tax.html
  2. Download the application
  3. Email your completed application to EmployerStatus.Rates@tn.gov or mail it to the address listed on the form. If you have any questions, please reach out to Tennessee directly at 615-741-2486
  4. Once Tennessee has assigned you an unemployment account, Fuse will need:
    1. your account ID
    2. your unemployment rate
  5. Forward all of the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com
