Use The Finder to Know which Municipality

• Ohio has set up The Finder Website that will allow you to enter the employees' work location and tell you which local will be needed.
• Go to https://thefinder.tax.ohio.gov/StreamlineSalesTaxWeb/default_municipal.aspx
• Follow the prompts to see the tax Municipality and rates for your employee

Accessing the Specific Municipality

• Once you know which Municipality is needed, you can use the Ohio website for more information about each Municipal Site.
• Go to https://tax.ohio.gov/business/municipalities/08municipal-income-tax-forms
• Find the specific Municipality and click on the link.

Fuse will Need

• Once you have registered with each municipality, Fuse will need you to send us your account ID and any other information the state provides.
• Forward all information received to support@fuseworkforce.com.
• We will let you know if we need further information to file and pay these taxes for you.
