North Dakota Withholding - TPA Assignment

Fuse will need access to your ND account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

Option One - TPA Assignment

North Dakota allows for two separate options for granting access online. Their preferred method is TPA Assignment.

  1. Login at https://apps.nd.gov/tax/tap/_/
  2. You will need our username to grant us access. Our username is:
    1. PROPAYROLLTAX
  3. Please email support@fuseworkforce.com when this is completed

 

Option Two - Approving Requests

North Dakota allows for two separate options for granting access online. Their preferred method is TPA Assignment.

  1. Fuse will request access to your account using our login. We will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. A Letter ID from the top of any letter received by the agency
  2. Once we have submitted this request, you will need to login at the agency website to approve that request
  3. Login at https://apps.nd.gov/tax/tap/_/
  4. Please email support@fuseworkforce.com when this is completed
