Helpful links to register for Kentucky Louisville/Jefferson Metro local taxes, and how to assign Fuse as the TPA so we can file and pay your taxes due

Registration

  1. Go to https://emints.metrorevenue.org/_/
  2. Click on Create Logon for Tax Account Access
  3. Click Create a Logon
  4. Review the eligibility information and requirements, and click Next
  5. Complete the registration.

Assigning Fuse Access

  1. Go to https://emints.metrorevenue.org/_/
  2. Under the I Want To heading, click Grant third party access
  3. Fuse's Access code is 62728 and the email address listed will show as tax@propayroll.com
  4. Once this is submitted, email support@fuseworkforce.com for confirmation
