Helpful links to register for an account with Florida unemployment

Florida Department of Revenue (Unemployment Taxes)

  1. Go to https://taxapps.floridarevenue.com/taxregistration
  2. You will need to Create a User Profile to complete the registration application
  3. If you have any questions, please reach out to Florida directly at 850-488-6800
  4. Once Florida has assigned you an unemployment account, Fuse will need:
    1. your account ID
    2. your unemployment rate
  5. Forward all of the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com
