Colorado Unemployment - TPA Assignment

Go to this URL: https://myui.clouduim.cdle.state.co.us/Employer/Core/Login.ASPX
Enter your User ID and Password, and click Login.
In the left sidebar, navigate to Account Maintenance > Third Party Administrator (TPA) authorization.
Click the New button near the bottom of the page.
Enter Fuse's TPA ID 500005224
Click Next.
Enter the first date in the quarter (January, April, July or October) that your Fuse will begin servicing your account.
Under the Unassigned Roles heading, select the following checkboxes:
1. Edit Employment and Wage Detail
2. Edit Tax Payments Update and Submit
Click Save
Email support@fuseworkforce.com when complete or if you have any questions.

Fuse will need access to your COUI account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.
