Warning: You are changing rules in the TS Autopopulation Profile that have already been populated. Please run TS Autopopulation manually to reflect these new changes
This warning appears when changes are made to a Timesheet Auto Population (TS Auto Population) Profile, holiday table, employee holiday assignment, or work schedule that may affect timesheet entries already populated. It is informational and does not always require action.
When You Can Ignore the Warning
No action is needed if:
- Changes affect future dates not yet populated on timesheets
- There are no holidays or shifts in the current pay period
Examples:
- Adding holidays for next year
- Updating work schedules for future periods
The system will automatically apply rules for future dates.
When Action Is Required
Take action if:
- A holiday or rule was changed for a period already populated
- Timesheets for that period have already been populated
Action options:
- Manually adjust the affected timesheet entries
- Run TS Auto Population manually to apply the new rules
How to Run TS Auto Population Manually
- Go to: Settings > Time & Labor Maintenance > Auto Populate Timesheet
- Find the employee(s) needing updates
- Check the Date column (shows how far ahead timesheets are populated)
- If changes affect earlier dates:
- Select the employee row
- Reset the date to today
- Enter the dates to populate
- Run TS Auto Population
Note: This adds new entries but does not remove existing ones. Any incorrect entries must be manually adjusted.
