Sync Your Fuse Time Off Calendar with Outlook
How to sync the time off calendar in the Fuse system with an external Outlook calendar.
Overview
You can export your Time Off calendar from Fuse and subscribe to it in Outlook to keep track of time off requests more easily. Please note that this must be done individually by each user, and we recommend using the in-system Fuse calendar for the most up-to-date and reliable information.
Step One: Export the Calendar URL from Fuse
- Navigate to Menu > My Info > My Time > Time Off > Calendar
- In the upper right corner of the page, click the Sync Calendar button.
- A pop-up will appear. Click Copy to copy the unique calendar link URL to your clipboard.
Step Two: Subscribe to the Calendar in Outlook
To sync the calendar in Outlook, you must subscribe using the URL you just copied.
Follow the official Outlook guide here.
In short:
- Open Outlook
- Go to Calendar > Add Calendar > Subscribe from web.
- Paste the calendar URL you copied from Fuse in Step One.
- Give your calendar a name (e.g., Fuse Time Off).
- Click Import.
Important Notes
-
Each employee must perform this process individually.
-
The calendar subscription updates periodically, but it may not reflect real-time changes immediately.
-
For the most accurate and current information, you can continue using the Time Off Calendar directly within Fuse.
