Pennsylvania Unemployment - TPA Assignment

Fuse will need access to your PA account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

1. Go to this URL: https://www.uctax.pa.gov
2. Enter your user ID in the Keystone ID field, enter your password, and click the Login button.
3. Select Employer Profile from the left navigation bar.
4. Select Manage Representatives.
5. Click the Add New Representative link.
6. Enter the Fuse TPA account number 28-17702179, and mark all the fields for tax reporting and payments.
7. Indicate notices such as statements of accounts and rate notices will be sent to you.
8. Click Submit.
