Massachusetts Unemployment - TPA Assignment

Fuse will need access to your MAUI account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

  1. Go to this URL: https://www.mass.gov/how-to/pay-unemployment-insurance-contributions-to-dua
  2. Click Log in to UI Online for Employers.
  3. Enter your User ID/Password, and click the Login button.
  4. On the Employer Home page, click the Account Maintenance link.
  5. On the Account Maintenance page, click the Third Party Administrator (TPA) Authorization link.
  6. Click New.
  7. Enter our 8-digit TPA Account ID 00100240, and click Next.
  8. Enter the date range we will begin performing services for MA.
    1. You cannot enter a TPA Services Begin Date that is prior to the current date.
    2. The TPA end date should be left blank unless you need to change your TPA. If you are changing from another payroll tax company to Fuse, your previous TPA access and roles will need end dates before a new one can be assigned.
  9. Mark the following two checkboxes:
    1. Employment and Wage Detail Update and Submit
    2. Payments Update and Submit
    3. Account Maintenance Update and Submit
  10. Click Save.
  11. Send an email to support@fuseworkforce.com to let us know you have granted us access to your account.
