How to Manage Compensation Cycles

Once a Compensation Cycle has been created, proposals must be submitted, approved, and finalized before they will automatically populate on employee records. This article links to instructions for each phase, allowing administrators and managers to complete the compensation process.

Before Beginning

  • The Compensation Cycles must be created and in the open status. These should be managed by your Company Administrators.
