- Yes, terminations will be delivered as requested.
- When will the last plan year file be delivered?
- Current year enrollments will be delivered until year-end.
- Will the Open Enrollment production file be sent with a new plan year effective date for all enrollments?
- Example: If the plan year starts on 1/1/25, will all employee elections reflect 1/1/25?
- Yes, EverythingBenefits can deliver the same plan year effective date for new plan year enrollments.
- Will all files be held after Open Enrollment production/test if delivered?
- The best practice is to continue delivering regular production files through the end of the year, but not all carriers will allow this.
