Missouri Tax Registration

Helpful links to register for Missouri withholding and unemployment accounts

Missouri Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

  1. Missouri has a combined application for both income withholding and unemployment. After completing the application, you will receive an account ID separately from each agency.
  2. Go to https://dor.mo.gov/register-business/
  3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 573-751-5860
  4. Once the Department of Revenue has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your filing frequency
  5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Missouri Department of Labor (Unemployment)

  1. Missouri has a combined application for both income withholding and unemployment. After completing the application, you will receive an account ID separately from each agency.
  2. Go to https://dor.mo.gov/register-business/
  3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 573-751-5860
  4. Once the Department of Labor has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your unemployment tax rate
    3. Power of Attorney to gain access to your account online. Please email your account ID and unemployment rate to support@fuseworkforce.com, and we will provide you with a prefilled Power of Attorney to complete.
