How to Embed your Fuse Career Portal on your Company Website

Embedded your Career Portal

  1. Navigate to Settings > HR Setup > Applicant Tracking/Recruitment > Configuration
  2. In the Applicant Tracking/Recruitment Configuration widget, you will see an area for Hosted By Configuration
  3. Select the Add Hosted By button and enter the host website URL in the Hosted By field. Click Save.
  4. For security reasons, a full URL of the parent page is required in order to embed recruitment pages within third-party applications. After you have entered your website into the Hosted By box, you will need to paste the supplied URL into your site to allow it to be embedded. Your URL will look similar to this, with the bolded options replaced with your information:
    1. https://secure2.saashr.com/ta/SHORTNAME.careers?CareersSearch&InFrameset=1&HostedBy=www.websitename.com
    2. SHORTNAME should be replaced with your Company Shortname.
      1. Note: The shortname can be found in the URL you use to login to Fuse from the desktop.  Example: https://secure2.saashr.com/ta/1234567.  The last seven digits of this example reflect the shortname. Contact Fuse if you have trouble locating this information.
    1. www.websitename.com should be replaced by your Company Website that will do the hosting

 

Embedded Career Portal Limiting to One EIN's Portal

If you have a multi-EIN company and separate careers search pages for each EIN, you can use these instructions to embed a single EIN on your company website.

  1. Navigate to Settings > HR Setup > Applicant Tracking/Recruitment > Configuration
  2. In the Applicant Tracking/Recruitment Configuration widget, you will see an area for Hosted By Configuration
  3. Select the Add Hosted By button and enter the host website URL in the Hosted By field. Click Save.

    3. XXXXXX: should be replaced with the System ID of the specific EIN. This can be found under Settings > Global Setup > Company EINs
    4. www.websitename.com should be replaced by your Company Website that will do the hosting
