This article will include details as to how you can whitelist certain IP addresses so your spam folders do not block emails from Fuse.
Emails can come from any of the following IP addresses. If you're having a problem receiving emails due to them being blocked by spam filters, because the sender and the IP domain do not match, please whitelist the following.
If you also need SPF setting information:
- The SPF Record is: v=spf1 mx a:mx.pod3.saashr.com -all
- The e-mail server from address and IP address are as follows:
- FROM: firstname.lastname@example.org
- IP: 184.108.40.206
Fuse does utilize sendgrid.net and moved to the Google cloud in Summer 2020, therefore, you will want to ensure not to block all things that come from SendGrid. It's common for clients to block anything that shows SendGrid and send it right to spam, and while you can still continue to block SendGrid your IT department will need to add the following IP addresses to their SPF records and note that the emails will be sent from SendGrid over port 25.
