Bryte AI Company Documents

How to send documents to Bryte AI and allow employees to ask questions about company policies

Overview

Bryte AI can answer questions related to company polices based on Company Documents. Bryte AI works best with your existing policy documents, such as handbooks and benefits policies. Some examples of helpful documents include:

  • Handbooks
  • Benefits Policies
  • Contact Sheets
  • FAQ documents
  • Department specific documentation

Bryte AI supports CSV, Text, HTML, DOCX, and PDF files up to 100 MB in size.

 

Sending Company Documents to Bryte AI

  1. Navigate to Menu > Settings > Our Company > Document Upload
  2. Click the Upload button to upload a new document, or use the select checkboxes  and click the Mass Edit Documents button on the top right
  3. Mark the Add to Bryte AI checkbox (change to Yes)
  4. The document can be limited to certain employees by selecting the company group in the Only allow Bryte AI for group. Leaving this group blank will allow Bryte AI to share this information with all employees.
If you receive a status of Error uploading to Bryte AI, checkto make sure the file you've uploaded is not encrypted and allows for text selection. Bryte AI is unable to process encrypted or flattened PDF files.
