Helpful links to register for Puerto Rico withholding and unemployment accounts

Department of the Treasury (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://suri.hacienda.pr.gov/_/
2. Please note that this website has a link on the top right to help you switch between English and Spanish translations.
3. Click on Create SURI Logon to register
4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 787-622-0123
5. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Access to your account online.
      1. Notify support@fuseworkforce.com so we can request this access.
      2. Click here for more information on approving this access request

 Department of Labor (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://patronos.trabajo.pr.gov/patronos/acercade.aspx?Id=228&M=286&F=12
2. Please note that this website has a link on the top right to help you switch between English and Spanish translations.
3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 787-754-5353
4. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
   3. Access to your account online
