Puerto Rico Unemployment - TPA Assignment

Fuse will need access to your Puerto Rico account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

The agency has created temporary access accounts for all employers that are registered in the agency's systems. All clients who are registered with the agency should have received a notification containing their access credentials, along with information for accessing the Portal.

You will need to provide this information to support@fuseworkforce.com to be able to file and pay your wage and tax reports.

If you have not received a letter from the agency, you will need to submit an Authorization to Provide Access to the Employer Portal Services form. To access this form:

  1. Go to this URL: https://patronos.trabajo.pr.gov/patronos/acercade.aspx?Id=228&M=286&F=12
  2. Click the English link in the upper-right part of the page to display all text in English.
  3. When a message displays, click OK.
  4. In the left sidebar, click the Portal Access Request link.
  5. On the page that displays, click the Download Request link.
  6. Send the completed form to the address shown at the bottom of the form.
  7. The agency will send a confirmation letter containing your temporary Portal username and password.
  8. Establish a username and password based on the letter.
  9. Please email support@fuseworkforce.com with your established username and password so Fuse can e-file and pay your future wage reports.
