      Vermont Withholding - TPA Assignment

      Fuse will need access to your VT account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

      1. Go to this URL: https://myvtax.vermont.gov/_/
      2. Enter your Username and Password and click Log in.
      3. Click on the I WANT TO heading on the home screen.
      4. Click Grant Accountant or Third Party Access.
      5. In the Enter Third Party Username field, enter propayrolltax
      6. Verify that the Name field is updated with ProPayroll, Inc.
      7. You will be given the option to allow us to designate other users to access your account. Choose No, Fuse does not need this access.
      8. Select each account you want Fuse to have access to. We will need access to your Withholding Tax account.
      9. Click Next.
      10. Identify the range of tax years or select All Periods.
      11. In the Access Level field, choose View, File & Pay
      12. Select the confirmation check box.
      13. Click Submit.
