How To Verify Company Tax EIN's and Rates
Create report in the Company Taxes to show all the EIN's and Rates for easy verification at Year End.
Administrative users navigate to Admin > Company Settings > Payroll Setup > Company Taxes:
On the Company Tax screen click Select Columns and move the following columns from the left side of the page to the right:
- Tax: EIN
- Company Tax: Current Rate % (EE)
- Company Tax: Current Rate % (ER)
Then click select columns at the bottom of the screen.
The report will now display the Tax EIN numbers and rates. Verify that each account has an EIN and update any that say "Applied For". Please make sure that if you need to update any tax account information that you notify Fuse Support and send us the supporting documentation as well.
