Wisconsin Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

  1. Go to https://www.revenue.wi.gov/Pages/Businesses/New-Business-home.aspx
  2. Click on Register with Department of Revenue
  3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 608-266-2776
  4. Once Wisconsin processes your registration, Fuse will need the following:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your filing frequency
  5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com.

Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (Unemployment)

  1. Go to https://unemployment.wisconsin.gov/EmployerWelcome?target=AccountMain.aspx
  2. Click Sign Up to create a login
  3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 608-266-5793
  4. Once Wisconsin has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your unemployment rate
