Helpful links to register for Vermont withholding and unemployment accounts

Vermont Department of Taxes (Income Withholding)

  1. Go to https://www.myvtax.vermont.gov/_/#2
  2. Click on Sign Up
  3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 802-828-2551
  4. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your filing frequency
    3. Access to your account online

  5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Vermont Department of Labor (Unemployment)

  1. Go to https://uipublic.labor.vermont.gov/EmployerRegistration/VT_UI_Liability/Liabilitycheck1.aspx
  2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 802-828-4344
  3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your unemployment rate
