Kentucky Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

  1. Go to https://revenue.ky.gov/Business/Pages/Register-Business.aspx
  2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 502-564-3306
  3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your filing frequency
  4. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Kentucky Office of Employment (Unemployment)

  1. Go to https://kewes.ky.gov/EmployerReg/empAcctIntro_welcome.aspx
  2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 502-564-2272
  3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your unemployment rate
