How do I know who signed off on receiving the form electronically and who didn’t?
If an employee does not provide you with consent to receive their Form 1095-C electronically, you are required to provide them with a paper copy no later than January 31st of the year following the ACA reporting year.
- Under the step "REPOPULATE 1095-C FORMS (OPTIONAL)" or "FINALIZE 1095-C FORMS" you'll see the column 'Is Visible'. If it says Y that means they can see it electronically and if it's blank that means they need a paper form.
