1. Go to https://gateway.ohio.gov/#MainContainer
2. Click Log In
3. Click Create Account
4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 888-405-4039
5. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your filing frequency
   3. Access to your account online.
      1. Please send your account ID and filing frequency to support@fuseworkforce.com so we can submit this access request.
      2. Click here for more information about approving this access request.
6. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Ohio Department of Job & Family Services (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://thesource.jfs.ohio.gov/NeosuranceEmployer/home/wfmRegister#/spa/wfmEmployerRegistrationWizard/0
2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 614-466-2319
3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
   3. Power of attorney to access your account online
4. Please send your account ID and unemployment rate to support@fuseworkforce.com so we can provide you with a pre-filled power of attorney.
