North Dakota Office of State Tax (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://apps.nd.gov/tax/tap/_/
2. Click on Apply for a Sales & Use or Withholding Account
3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 877-328-7088
4. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your filing frequency
   3. Access to your account online using one of the two options:
      1. When logged in, you can grant us access using the username PROPAYROLLTAX
      2. Otherwise, we will need a letter ID to request access, and you will need to approve it online 
5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

North Dakota Job Service (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://apps.nd.gov/jsnd/uiiatax/login.htm
2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 701-328-2814
3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
