Kansas Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

  1. Go to https://www.ksrevenue.gov/busregistration.html
  2. Click on Customer Service Center
  3. Click on Register Now
  4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 785-368-8222
  5. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your filing frequency
  6. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Kansas Department of Labor (Unemployment)

  1. Go to https://www.kansasemployer.gov/uitax/account/Register.aspx?ReturnUrl
  2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 800-292-6333
  3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
    1. Your account ID
    2. Your unemployment rate
